New things

Sun Nov 22, 2009, 1:47 PM
I bought myself a new laptop today. Its so exciting having my own laptop. I used to have a work one, but had to return it since I got laid off. Its a gateway and it costed my around 500 bucks, but it also came with a mouse and a carrinying case. Hee. Now I just need to move my photos over to it and put photoshop in it so I can work on photos on the go, not that I ever leave my house. I'm not telling my mom about it because she will just freak out on me about it. Blah, when I get a new job or schooling, then maybe I'll tell her about it. Hell, she doesn't even know about my canon I bought after getting laid off.

My mom is hardcore control freak. I'm 26 and she still wants to control my life. Yeah, I don't even live at home anymore! Oh well, what she doesn't know won't hurt my ears.

I also got a background setup up for 80 bucks, its the stand, two muslin backgrounds (Black and white) and a carrying case. I think it was a pretty good deal. At least compated to what I was looking at. Now I just need to get some studio lighting.

No problem! It was a great picture. My boyfriend has a snake just like the one in the picture.

Thank you for the comments!

The magic of photography is metaphysical. What you see in the photograph isn't what you saw at the time. The real skill of photography is organised visual lying.
